Augusta Group Inc. (AGI) training methodology is unique for each one of our clients. The uniqueness rests in tailoring the training material according to each organization’s personnel competencies and capabilities guided by the unique alignment to the company’s systems and processes.

Our training approach is based on three fundamental principles.

  1. The subject matter must firstly be understood, then mastered, and then applied.
    1. This method requires a longer calendar time – 4 to 8 months – and a higher number of sessions. Each training program is uniquely tailored to each organization.
  2. The training must create measurable value for the participating personnel and for the business.
    1. Participants for SPC, Data Analysis & Analytics, and ERP & MRP training are tested before and after the training.
    2. The training participants in collaboration with AGI and according to the training subject matter determine how to measure the training impact on the business processes and systems.
  3. The training is a combination of both theoretical and practical exercises. However, the training is not just conceptual but skewed to the practical because of the different levels of training on the same subject matter and by using company’s operational challenges as case studies applying theoretical methods in addressing the challenges through workshops and work assignments.

To develop a training program, AGI first conducts a business diagnostic that includes processes, systems, and personnel. The diagnostic findings are the foundation for determining the training requirements for closing the gaps in personnel competencies and capabilities in working with the company’s systems and processes. AGI’s typical training program incudes different subject matters modules and set up at different level of competencies which address the uniqueness of the company requirements and challenges. The training material is delivered in four settings – Classroom; Workshop; One-On-One; On-The-Floor.
